Was very nervous having my first ever surgery yesterday, but every person that worked there made me feel much more at ease. My experience of course was painful but the staff were amazing. Thank you.

My husband was in excruciating pain one morning from what we found out to be a kidney stone...we really did not want to go to the ER, but he couldn't wait the extra 30 minutes for the Urgent Care to open that morning. In the few visits in the past of visiting the ER most of them were positive...guess it depends on the staff. I arrived at 5:00am July 10th alone, after a full night of excruciating Abdominal pain. The nurses were very attentive and ensured the Dr. Seen me ASAP. I had recently had a hysterectomy and a bladder sling done 2 weeks prior. A CT scan was set up immediately and found what I suspected 4 days earlier at my other Dr. Appt that was ruled a bladder infection to truly be an appendicitis. I was only a visitor because my daughter delivered her baby over the weekend but everyone I came into contact with were very professional and personable. Smiled and spoke to me. I had to use a knee scooter everywhere I went and it was just an easy 3 days I spent in the waiting room. The only gripe I have is the the tv in the waiting room could have been a little bigger and could use a remote to change channels. Nurses who took care of my daughter were excellent also.

Took them forever to discharge me.At 1 point i rang the bell to use the bathroom,Whoever answered said they would send someone.So i unhooked everything and went myself.Course everything was beeping but they never came and checked to see why and no one ever came to let me gi to bathroom.
