RecommendedPer usual for us Augusta Health was a great experience! From the moment we walked into the ER, to labs, CT scans, pre and post surgery, and the Pediatric Unit, every person was kind, helpful and attentive. We were very well cared for and so appreciate having this place so close!!

I came in this morning with lower abdominal pain, and hours later left knowing it was a kidney stone. I was in lots of pain but had the BEST care/experience today throughout the whole process. My ER nurse was Anna who was outstanding with making sure I had everything and tried to keep me comfortable. The doc had an AWESOME personality and talked me through it all--Jacob Shank, PA. Best Care ever, Everyone cares !! Excellent Hospital !!
If you want to die, this is the place to go. Three weeks ago, I went to the Urgent Care in Waynesboro for severe abdominal pain. What Dr. Coleman assumed was gas was actually a gangrenous infection of my upper intestine that would’ve killed me within two days had I not went to UVA to get actual treatment. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience or my family. Augusta Health and it’s practices are absolutely a horrible. my daughter had her tonsils removed today and her nurse Michelle was AMAZING.im so thankful for her.
This place is so none helpful I go to ed to get Guelph for abdominal pain and one time they say yes admitting you then min later no there more worried if you can pay there bill than help you I’m so disappointed in them...
