RecommendedI had cataract surgery and was exceedingly pleased with the care I received in the outpatient surgery and recovery. Nurses Faith, Emmy and Holly were so pleasant and helpful. Dr. McConnell and anesthesiologist Leitner were exceptional and I can't say enough good things about the outpatient procedure.
amazing hospital however avoid Nurse Brenda Hicks..she was very nasty to me yesterday when visiting my grandmother and today I called in as I am my grandmother's caregiver, she never called me back. when I went to visit I had my newborn with me, who I went through the screen in process with 2 nurses and 3 security officers before even entering the hospital, went to my grandmother's room and rang nurse bell as I was to notify her so I could see her Dr. 45 mins later after I had already called from my phone to speak with case ... read more

Dr. Michael Plautz at Augusta Health Otolaryngology was very professional, friendly and efficient. He made me feel very calm before and during the procedure. After care was explained to me in detail. He was also conversing with my husband and allowed him to be involved and educated, which was super nice.
