Worst Customer service EVER... if I could give them zero stars I would!!!
Excellent customer service so far! Lucy was awesome, very attentive and knowledgeable. Also it's nice to have free car wash, Starbucks coffee and snack bar while waiting.
My overall experience was great. They took care of all of the paper work and worked with their banks to get the best interest rate possible for me (even better than CFE and Fairwinds). Free car washes are also nice, and also the snack bar. They're not pushy salesmen, and understand an individuals financial reality for the most part (won't try and up-sale you for more $$$). Again, great experience overall. (I will change this review if anything changes for the worse)
