Had an interview at 10am with Jim Travis at Audi south introduce who I was to him did not see him after that. Did I not get interviewed because I am black and I have locks.Its now 19 minutes after 10 and still have not had my interview. Auto Nation/Audi Racism at this dealership when General manager is from another country. EOE. Equal Opportunity Employer yea right. Am I not equal to the white/black guys that work there. Its now 10:30 still have not seen Jim Travis since I introduced who I was at 9:45.
The sales manager Victor and sales rep Lucy were flat out amazing. As soon as my wife and I walked in we felt welcomed and accommodated. What turned out to be a test drive only morning turned into getting an amazing new A4 S line. I will definitely be purchasing my next Audi from them!
Ask for Gio!!! So knowledgable and good! Knows Audis like he studied in college on them! Made me a believer!
Fantastic dealership. Christine was beyond knowledgeable about the product and didn't treat us like a number. She took her time with us and never made us feel pressured. We came to Audi several months ago when our friend was looking for a car. We remembered our experience there and our day spent with Christine and knew that there was no other place to go. We visited other luxury dealers but not ONE had the customer service experience that could compare. You all are doing a great job at this location.
