After driving the car I noticed a slight issue, so I contacted Michael the service manager, he completely went out of his way to take care me: got back with me immediately to take care of the minor hiccup. I have had Audi vehicles for years. In the last couple of years, the service experience has nosedived significantly. The owner, Todd actually called me today to followup on another bad experience and ended up trying to tell me that his 20 million dollar showroom couldn't be bad and it was I that am mistaken for not having every name/contact from the issues I have had over the past years. Stay away from them. No more Audis for me thanks to Todd.

RecommendedWe were very happy with the overall shopping and purchase experience. Our salesperson Justin was very friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions before and after the sale. I was disappointed with the financing options that were available.
