Worst experience ever. Got quoted 1-1.5 hours for a 15k mile service that ended up taking over 4 hours!! I had my 1 year old with me and was late picking up my kids from school. This should not be an all day event. Never coming back again.

I had a great experience with Mr. Waleed Sarwar at Audi South Orlando this past month. Mr. Sarwar expedited an otherwise cumbersome process with his knowledge and experience at Audi. I felt assured as I was looking for my next car, and once I found it, Mr. Sarwar was nothing less than accommodating. Mr. Sarwar always gives you an honest opinion and you don't ever have to worry if his response is just a "sales pitch" or one you want to hear. If you are going in to look for a new car, ask for Mr. Sarwar!
