experience not great I wait 4 hours for my car even wen they talk me it was going to be only 1 hour. The treatment was wire, I have a appointment for 9:45am, and get there at 9:30am and this guy walk in without appointment and take him first theme my. (I think is because he was American and I'm not). So find a other places if you are not American. The treaty was regular. Also the person who was attended me went to lunch, even knowing that my car was ready ( so i wait 1hour more waiting for him)
We purchased a new 2017 Q5 and a new 2016 A6 the same day at Audi South Orlando. Product Specialist Waleed Sarwar is very knowledgeable, patient, courteous and has a great attitude. He worked very hard with us on the selection process and was a pleasure to work with. General Manager Sunil Prakash is a very professional and courteous person who truly cares about the customer. Customer service is horrible. They typify the "used car salesmen" stereo-type. Would never buy from them or recommend anyone to do so
Best dealership ever! After being treated horribly by another dealership, Spencer and the whole crew made our day. They stayed open late just to accommodate my family. Spencer wasn't pushy at all. They treated us great through the whole car buying process. I would recommend this place to everyone. Spencer is the best!

We shopped around and finally decided on an Audi q3 for the family car. We went to another dealership in town and was not impressed. That all changed at South Orlando Audi. We did make an appointment but came early on accident. None the less we received excellent service. Starbucks coffee, water, snacks. The place is spotless and everyone was attentive. I visited this dealership for the first time today just to have my tire pressure checked. The service manager Kenneth had my vehicle serviced and washed happily. Whiled I waited he showed me around the entire showroom. I've never been treated so well at another dealership. Thank you!
