terrible experience. I contacted them and drove up to test the car, but it was NOT ON THE LOT, wasting 3 hours of my time. We had to wait for the car to be returned, so over the next 4 days the communication was horrible - dropped calls, busy signals, dead end texts with sales people, a different person every time, unable to get a supervisor on the phone, etc. Also, while I waited for the car to return, they raised the price by 2K. Kaitlin was so great, follow up etc, I wish more people were like her. I just am not sure I want to take on a car with so many miles, and so much is going on with holidays.
