Everything went very well
Quick to follow up but after a few days back and forth, they failed to tell me that the car had sold 2 days prior.
The Delaership was beyond horrible working with out of state buyers they made all these promise which not one came true the car I bought was awesome but the service and customer survive was beyond horrible for buying roughly a 50,000 vehicle the GM responded with a nice email but it doesn't change our experience with both Orlando Audi

The car that was listed had already been sold despite two emails stating otherwise. I called three different times to the used car sales person that contacted me with no response. Finally I did receive an email stating that the car was sold, but she would be happy to show me other cars....frustrating
Very helpful explaining the features of the car. There was no pressure and I would recommend this dealership to anybody.
