My experience was much better than I thought it would be using a dealership in the city, but I was pleasantly surprised that it went like it did. Fahad was extremely helpful and we worked out a deal that was right in the ballpark of where I wanted to be. Even when I had to go to F&I and finish the paperwork, everyone I dealt with was cool. Audi Henderson was awesome! They responded to my inquiry twice, as I hadn’t responded right away. I found their emails in my spam folder and emailed back apologizing for my delay. I was out of town and they gave me great solutions in finding a car. I really appreciate their prompt and courteous attention.
They were very reasonable they gave me top dollar for my trade-in surprisingly. They weren't very pushy with negotiations however I was able to negotiate the price down by quite a bit. It may have helped that the car was on the lot for quite a while. I am very happy with the car so far. They also have a short warranty that they offer free for all their used cars they sell, it's not long probably not necessary for a Lexus but it is nice for piece of mind when you're buying used.
The dealer contacted me and put me in touch with a salesperson who called to introduce himself. I was about to head into am eeting and asked him to call me the next day; still waiting!
