Everyone was pleasant and friendly and easy to deal with unfortunately they sold the vehicle to someone else before we could get the deal put together

Great dealership, but I was advised that the car was going to be set aside for me and it was sold. I was not advised of this and I was obtaining everything for the car to be picked up including insurance which luckily I was able to cancel. That's why I rated two stars the lack of communication and willingness to help wasn't there.
Audi North Orlando responded quickly, I ended up purchasing a Miata from a Jacksonville dealer.
Anthony was very helpful in getting everything put together to buy a 2016 Explorer. Unfortunately I decided to go with another vehicle and didn't close on that deal.
