very professional very helpful
Inquired about two different Audis. Never spoke to anyone on the phone, only text messages and emails. Never received a trade in value for my Audi. Ended up making a 9 hour trip to trade my A5 on an A8 in Naples. This is the 3rd Audi I’ve purchased this year. I’d prefer to do business locally, but I guess they don’t need my business.

Incredible customer service. They not only had the vehicle ready for a test drive at the agreed time but once we finalized the deal they fueled the car up with a full tank and detailed it. Zach was awesome and the entire staff made the entire purchase smooth. Thanks for my dream car!

Went to see the truck told me it was at a different garage getting worked on it would be back in the morning made appt for following morning and then they called and told me they sold it
I contacted the dealer and asked if I could put a deposit on the advertised Audi because I was unable to make it to the dealership that day but would be in the next morning. I was told they don’t take deposits to hold any vehicle and operate on a first come first serve basis . I called the next morning and said I was on my way ( with my trade in A8 and title in hand) I was almost at the dealership when I received a call from a office admin that the car had been sold the night before.
