I would have given one star but they were at least responsive. If they are advertising a vehicle the shown price is $2k below the actual price. As others have stated the, vehicle will be around $5k more than the advertised price after taxes and fees. They say the advertised price is if you have a trade-in(-$1k) and finance through them (-$1k). Otherwise you’re being penalized for paying cash. A sales person contacted me but the trade in appraisal on my vehicle was way below KBB ended up dealing locally and getting a very fair value for my trade.
Aweful experience they called and said it was available they gave me pictures and the price of 82,000 then after a 2 hour drive they told me there was a $20,000 mark up making it $102,000

Salesperson and manager were both very professional. We couldn’t agree on trade in amount for my 2012 Audi. They realize as I, the car being sold is in high demand.
