Worst car buying experience ever. Was first told the car was there and to come for a test drive. Brought my mechanic all the way from downtown orlando to find that the car wasn't even there after they drove us around the parking lot for 20 minutes and then wait in car for another 15 minutes. They weren't even apologetic. I called or emailed almost everyday checking the status. Each time was a different time estimate. Not very willing to put a deal together and take it or leave it
This dealership was great on accommodating my needs. My financial advisor advised me at the last minute to hold off due to purchasing a home. I will soon be back on the market and will be in contact with this dealership to get another Audi Q7
I was giving a price through email went to purchase the car and was told the price giving was wrong and they could not honor the price which was a 700 difference! The reason they didn't honor the price was because there was another family who also wanted to purchase the car! Terrible experience I will never purchase a car at that dealership thanks to Tony the dealerships CPO who said he couldn't help.Tony thanks for nothing:)
