I own 3 Audi's that I purchased used at out of state Audi dealerships because my options criteria was pretty specific. I service all three cars at Audi of HE, never have an issue getting a courtesy vehicle even though the cars were not purchased from them. The service advisor made me aware that one of the cars was still covered under Audi Care that the previous owner had purchased, so the service I was prepared to pay for did not cost me a dime. It is honesty like that that makes me use this dealer ship.
We had the best experience here! Carlo was a referral to me and I would refer him to anyone. The entire experience was fast and easy. I told them I wanted (needed) to spend very little time in the dealership besides learning about my car and they made that happen.
Bad service. Was told I would get a loaner a week ago and when I get there no loaner. I had to rearrange my whole schedule !!
Greg was excellent with the transaction process. Extremely professional & I didn't feel pressured in to a purchase. Very satisfied with my new A3! Thanks.
