completely untrust worthy. took my Audi here a couple years back, charged us lots of money and come to find out, didnt do any of the work. I spoke to many people about the issue once it came to light, and at first they were willing to help resolve and then completely ghosted. Even another Audi dealership confirmed they didnt do any, ANY, of the work they charged us for. Disappointing, and unreal they were unable to attempt to make it right.
This dealership does not stand behind their work. Service tech did not correctly diagnose the problem with my Audi, but recommended that I buy a brand new $7,000 transmission. After asking for my car to be returned to me I was able to have my father in law fix the problem for $300. Audi of Hoffman Estates charged me over $600 to do absolutely no work (but invoiced me for a software update). As I travel a lot for work visiting Chicago my company leased brand new Audi s7 from them and all I have to say we told them we only had 45 minuets. Upon arrival car was clean and paperwork was ready in finance office as promised. Best experience ever and we will definitely do business again with Audi of Hoffman Estates . If you want the royal treatment..this IS the place to go. Before, during, and after the sale these people value their customers. Ive finally found a place I can trust to do business with!
