This was my worst experience in any service I've ever had. Oil change took almost 2 hours. I have one light that accumulates steam and gets foggy, service said tha it's normal, which I know it's not. They starterd making up stories that it has to do with pressure etc.; it was a joke. This car has only 5 months and I have audi care on it. The person that serviced us was Joseph and as soon as he found out we got this car at a different dealership, he started acting very ignorant and didn't seem to care at all. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everything from start to finish has been exceptional. I've even taken my car to them for service multiple times and I can offer nothing but amazing things to say.
Have had both my Audis serviced here for 4 years. Other than a few hiccups out of AHE's control I've had nothing but a great experience. Andy Emberton provides great customer service and the tech, Regis, performs nothing but the highest level of professionalism on my cars. This dealership is above reproach!

If you call Audi of Hoffman estates to inquire about a car, make sure to have someone with no foreign accent make the call for you, otherwise you will get a condescending treatment. Thankfully I did not visit the dealership, my foreign face is uglier than my ugly accent.
