Came in today to trade in my VW Touareg TDI for an Audi Q7. Spent over 30 min being ignored by salesman wandering around us. The only person that acknowledged our presence was a receptionist that seemed embarrassed by the sales personnel’s lack of interest in helping us. Heading over to Audi of Morton Grove to give our business to them.
Just got my A3 last week Thursday. It’s purring like a kitten and does create a luxurious feel versus my rental Nissan car. Service was great and the manager explained most features... also waited for us to attach the plate. Overall we are quite satisfied and nothing to complain about!
First time Audi owner here. Brought my A7 in for a recall item. This dealership was outstanding. They were super efficient and courteous. They gave me a new A4 as a loaner that was great to drive. I could not of been happier with my experience at Hoffman Audi. Great service and great staff. Well done.
TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Took in an 2008 A4 for a recall on the air bags. Got the car back and everything seemed fine, until we opened the glove box and it just fell to the ground. We go in to ask what happened and what can be done about this situation and we get no answer. Just simply told that the car was already like that. Brought in a good car, in good condition! Only to have it returned broken and not given one single answer or response or even a solution besides that the car was brought in broken... read more
