Horrible experience. Went in to look at SUV’s and asked to test drive a Q8. Was told that they only had 2 on the lot so they didn’t want to test drive them. After looking, the website said there were actually 12 onsite. Very poor business to judge a young couple based on looks and age. The sales person didn’t even offer a drive for another car or try to make an effort to gain my business. Go elsewhere for your Audi experience.

Was interested in possibly getting an Audi. Stopped by today and will never go back there again! Worst experience EVER!
My husband and I took our Audi there a couple of weeks ago and was told that the mechanic test drove the vehicle and didn't hear the loud sound we told them about. My husband was tired of dealing with the run around we were getting and had gotten when the vehicle was there for almost two weeks...sound was still incredibly loud which goes to prove that no one had taken it for a test drive... dropped it off at Rockford last night and the man who called said that your dealership lied to us and there's no way you or your mechani... read more
