Scott and Brian Hall really took excellent care of us. We brought in our R8 we’d just purchased out of state with a couple issues that seamed nobody could figure out. They went above and beyond taking care of us! Their technician was incredible as well and the car has been problem free over 800 miles now. It’s with a heavy heart that I post this. I used to love Hoffman estates but I can now not stress enough to not trust your car to them!!!! Over the last year I started noticing little things here and there than when I had an accident they where trusted to fix my s3 with roughly 15k in damages they did not do so good. Been coming here for 6 years and always had the pleasure dealing with rick. Today another gentleman who seemed like I was a inconvenience tried to help me. Why would I take my Car to the shop that did my service 1 time u guys weren’t open. Don’t worry where I get my car services the one time I had a emergency and had to go somewhere else cause you were closed. Don’t be a bum and find a job that makes you happy.
