Last week I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at for a recall on a part. Mike was very accommodating as I was coming from 3 hours away and wanted to get in while I was in town visiting friends. The complimentary multipoint inspection discovered I needed new break pads so that was something important to know so I can get that taken care of when I get home to my mechanic. They were all very friendly and I’ll definitely be back next time I need to get into the dealer.
I just had my 2008 A4 serviced for emissions repair. My service rep Mike C went above and beyond, and took the care to explain in detail what was required to repair my vehicle. Also, when I provided my warranty information, Mike also inquired if my plan covered other issues the needed repair. Overall I’m was extremely satisfied with my visit and would gladly return in the future should I require service. Thanks again for all of your help! ~ Mike
