Big service issue- not happy. Very disappointed in your unwillingness to help me find a solution to an issue identified on various Audi forums but which Audi itself will not recognize as a defect. However, one forum poster said their dealer offered $2500 towards a solution. IMHO this is validation of an issue. My dealer offered me a condescending, dismissive attitude.
