First off I would give them zero stars. I am tell you buyer beware. This dealers ship has no ethical behavior . I brought my car in to fix an oil leak . They charged me $800.00. I picked the car up the check engine light was on. They take the car back and 3 days later tell me I need $12,000.00 worth of repairs. The car is now undriveable. Oh yeah and it still leaks oil. The service manager made no attempt to make this right. Please people go somewhere else for service they Are gouging you to pay for the new building .
Minus 5 stars! It's been a while since I have walked out of a place due to poor customer service. My husband walked in to the Audi of Hoffman Estate made eye contact with well over 3 associates and received no greeting, no how may I help you, nothing! We literally walked all the way through the showroom and viewed a vehicle without so much as a hello. Unbelievable! By the way we were the only two in the showroom! Definitely buy a car here if you are male. If you are female and care to be treated as though the calendar year is 2014 and not 1950, I don't recommend this dealership. Among the classy comments from the salesperson "if you are allowed to drive this car, there are hooks in the trunk for your shopping bags." SIGH!
