I had a great experience with Tony! He was very patient with me as we went through all the gadgets and buttons in the car. I hadn’t purchased a vehicle in about 10 years, so I was not up to speed with all the new technology. He answered every question I had even after I purchased my car. He also helped lower the trunk in the back since I’m a shorty :) I felt very comfortable working with him and he was extremely accommodating with everything I needed! 😍
The salesman Shawn Samuda was excellent!! The financing took a while to be completed. There appeared to be two people working on financing and one left early leaving the other to work until 9pm. I believe his name was Daniel...kudos to him for rocking the show! He was working so hard he was running to try and take care of customers. At the end of the month there needs to be two people working on finance to close the deals. Thank you to Shawn for staying late to be sure I knew how to operate all the bells & whistles.

Rick Case Automotive Group..what I can I say..after eight purchases with your company, staying loyal to your brand from FL to GA, and your company refuses to correct a situation that your employees completed incorrectly. From the Kia dealership in GA to the corporate office not one person has the ability to correct the mistakes you guys made or accept accountability for it.
