Bought a Q5 this week at Gwinnett Audi. It was a great experience. No haggling which was appreciated - they offered I countered and they accepted my counter. Aziz our sales rep was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable and put in the extra work to investigate additional options. Tracy the finance person was also excellent to work with, told me what I wanted to know and did not hard sell me on a bunch of stuff I did not want.

Great experience from beginning to end. The customer service person greeted me when initially arriving with a smile and appreciation for my business. The service representative customer service was nothing short of phenomenal. I was in and out in a short time. I usually prefer my private mechanic but after today will use the dealer more often.

Great experience ! Purchase the car right away. Staff was very helpful . Mr. Aziz was very helpful . Every tho I only talked to him on the phone he help my purchase go very smoothly. Would highly recommend him.
