5/8/2017 Aziz was awesome to work with. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Since we live 6 hrs from the dealership alot of communication was done via text before we visited the dealership which saved alot of time. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hrs thanks to Finance Manager Collin. He even came in on his day off to accomodate us. They didnt have the exact vehicle we wanted but was able to obtain it for us with delivery to our home! Love our new Q5!

Worthless unprofessional people from sales to the managers. Pulled my credit! Got a prove. Told them what was needed to put that car out of inventory for me and said nothing! No deposit! The cars yours and the next day they sold it. Erick and the sales manager suck and they did not have balls to talk to me
If you purchase a car from this dealership, prepare to pay penalty fees for your car registration. They won't send your paperwork to the state within 30days and they won't respond to you or assist you with trying to reconcile the situation. I had to pay $216 in fees because my registration paperwork was turned in 10 days late. BEWARE, GOOD LUCK AND BE PREPARED TO PAY!!
We had a deal, and the only issue remaining was the loan. Stopped by to finish the deal and filled out paperwork but the finance guy was at lunch and I had to leave. Expected to hear what was up with the loan, but waited the rest of the day with no response, and no acknowledgment of emails either. Got the BS "Hope you are satisfied" form letter from the general manager and decided to call his cell as suggested. He says they do not do loan stuff over the phone "to avoid misunderstanding".
