I'm in my early 50's and I've always hated buying vehicles- I do all the work ahead to get financing in place then just need to pick my vehicle. In the past this has still meant no less than hours at the dealership for paperwork etc. Absolutely not the case at Audi Gwinnett. Twice came here to purchase, NOT lease, a 2017 Q7 and a 2017 A6 Prestige Model. Both experiences were disappointing, not necessarily by the sales rep but more entirely on the managers, Luca and Tim. During negotiations there was a lack in customer service and sincerity, their tone and approach a little brash that made me, my wife as well as my father uncomfortable. Mounir and Luca were top notch in my buying experience. It was a no hassle negotiation that took all of 10 minutes. They weren't pushy or rude, like other car dealers I have dealt with in the past. They had their price and respected mine. We were able to meet in the middle, which was much better than going back and forth for hours, days, weeks. service staff treated me skillfully as we worked through initial paperwork until my vehicle was ready to roll. Work performed was quality and accurate.
I own two new Audi's and the most recent is a 2017 Q5. Stopped by service to ask about the cost of installing trailer hitch. $1600!! Called Hitch House, which was actually recommended by one of your employees and they quoted $416 total. 1/4 of the cost. How do you think that makes me feel about having Audi service my vehicles once out of warranty?
