My son and I had the privilege of working with Garrett Ellington on buying his 2013 mustang. Even though it was a used car, and I'm sure much cheaper than most of the cars on the lot, it was a very big decision for my son. Garrett was very professional and answered all questions. I love having my Audi serviced with Audi Gwinnett. Manny was fantastic and assisted me as soon as pulled into the service center. He opened the door for me and started processing me right away. He was able to give me a loaner vehicle for the day so that I could get to work. The same model as mine but the lastest model. Manny also checked to see if there where any recalls on the vehicle and it turns out there was one. They of course completed the recall item along with my service. It was a good experience, unfortunately the building is small. So the sitting area is not as big. Could have better condiments than chips, cookies and water. The staff is great and they do treat you with respect and are knowledgeable about the product.
I have had horrible experiences with this place in regards to the service center! As a Mercedes previous owner I have fallen in love with the Audi but the service I receive from this service center makes me want to go back to Benz. Their service centers treat you like they should per the type of vehicle you own. Here I have had two appointments in the mornings scheduled and not received my car back until the evening??? One was for a routine service and the other for tires! If I have an appointment why does it take more than ... read more
