Worst service department I've dealt with at any dealership I've been to. I'll definitely go elsewhere in the future. As far as buying, that's the ONLY reason for giving more than one star. We had a good experience with our sales person and would buy here again. But definitely will seek service and repairs elsewhere since this service department likes to charge you for parts and then deny you a refund when they cannot complete the job. My experience with Audi Gwinnett was actually a very good one. It was all because of Aziz Panjwani who was the salesperson i got. He got me a good deal on my new Audi A4 and helped throughout the process including a lot of inside information. He was very patient and answered all the questions we had. We had a good car buying experience with Aziz and Audi Gwinnett.
Thumbs up to Aziz Panjwani! Aziz was on top of my paper work and prepped my new S4 very quickly. I was able to get in and out and quickly with the deal and car i wanted.
We had a great experience working with Shawn Samuda with our online, out-of-state, used car purchase. He and the team at Audi Gwinnett preemptively took care of any issues before we had to ask and they made sure we had a painless transaction.
