I had a difficult problem to identify related to an Air-Conditioning problem. Although it took several weeks it was resolved to my satisfaction.
I purchased a certified 2017 Q7 Prestige 2 months ago and the air stop working. After 2 weeks, they couldn’t get it fixed. Found out there are wiring issues. Vehicle is still at the service department. We have tried numerous times speaking with the sales manager, Jonathan, to discuss a repurchase, but he is yet to return our phone call. We are very disappointed in Audi Gwinnett’s customer service.
THE. BEST. DEALERSHIP. EXPERIENCE.EVER! I have lived in multiple countries and have never come across a dealership with such a personal touch. Khurt Escoffery helped me like he was buying his own car with great details and comparisons between the Q7 and Q8 and put together a great deal for the Q7 prestige I ended up buying. Meanwhile, the management kept walking by and interacting with me throughout the deal to make sure my expectations are not only met but also exceeded. Highly recommended!!!
Josh in service department was amazing in all aspect. I had 4 major concerns with my new 2015 Audi A6 which btw I was different dealership near me and they didn’t fix anything but Audi Gwinnett everything was fixed and working properly again. Josh kept me updated everyday making sure everything was taking care of properly. This dealership is about 1 hour away from me but this my new place to service my Audi and all thanks to Josh. I would defiantly recommend if you need any service for Audi to get it done here.
