My experience was wonderful. It was effortless as my sales man was always ready to help and instruct. My truck was delivered to me immaculate. The office is clean. The financial guy can make you buy what do don’t bargain for because of his demeanor and composture. Mr. Muirhead knows his job well. He explained the workings of my new truck. This is not my first Audi experience but this is spectacular. I will strongly recommend this dealership to anyone.
RecommendedWent up there for an oil change, spoke to Willy about trading in my old Audi. Test drove an Audi A4 and loved it! Wanted to bring the wife back for a test drive, Willy came in on his off day and made us a great deal! Dealership staff and service department staff very friendly and professional, I definitely recommend buying a car from Audi Gwinnett!
I can't say I recommend purchasing a vehicle from here if you'd like a long term relationship to take care of your vehicle. I purchased a White S5 two months ago and with a lot of drama Audi Gwinnett became more flexible only when I told them that I wanted to axe the deal. After that I thought smooth sailing but oversight after oversight led me going back to the dealership to fill out more paperwork twice after I had already taken the car home and once more when they came to my house to sign more paperwork! Nice dealership. Very good car buying experience. They found the car I wanted, brought it in from another dealership and still gave me a great price without haggling. Willy was great to work with. He is very customer focused and very professional. I would recommend buying a car from him to friends and family.
