On Aug 19, 2024, my wife brought **** Q5 to Audi Bellevue, *******, **. The car had water leaking into the vehicle after the rain. My wife originally wanted to have the leak issue resolved. In the end, Audi Bellevue did not fix the leak issue but instead, they sold her 40 ********** Some services, such as service lines C-F ********** treatment, Brake fluid, four-wheel alignment, and wiper blade), were totally unnecessary/excessively overcharged. First Class Service Great service department. Loaner car was waiting for me. Good advice and it was easy to schedule my appointment. Service Manager was very friendly and explained things clearly.
The service department is beyond incapable when it comes to any issue that isn't simple routine. I purchased a brand new car that had a few issues from the start. For one of them (Traffic Jam Assist not functioning) the first two service visits they just didn't think there was an issue (even though it was very clear that something was going wrong on video, and I provided a very clear explanation of the problem via email). RecommendedThe service experience was great! However the service reservation system on the website needs to be made more user friendly. I believed that I had a reservation that wasn't really there.
Audi of Bellevue has gone above expectations for us. It was a very easy negotiation on our purchase. In addition after sale support was excellent, we discovered an over spray from local construction and Audi of Bellevue change our car with no problems.

Took my 09 A4 for service for the first time here. Great customer service, Dan was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and straightforward. Just what you expect from somebody who's taking care of something important for you. I made the trip from Moses Lake but I wouldn't hesitate in going back next time I need to. I definitely recommend Audi Bellevue service center.

I took my ’05 A4 with over 200k on it in for an airbag recall, and was amazed at the wonderful service I received! Audi of Bellevue repair my car quickly at no cost to me, washed it, and provided a loaner vehicle for me to use for the day. Oh, and the loaner? It was a new A4 S-Line! Wow! What a car! I had a difficult time trading it back in for mine! Thanks for making me feel like a King for a day Audi of Bellevue!

I took my daughter’s Q3 in for service. The scheduler online quoted $153 for 65,000 mile service. When I got there, the nice, friendly service rep quoted me $1,000, including charges for “oil conditioner”, “deep crankcase clean”, and, most ridiculously, a chlorox clean “for their protection”. I refused them all, but the idea of my daughter standing next to me trying to refuse the sales pitch without me there STILL has me fuming.
