RecommendedService department have been so great to work with. Last time I had my car in for a recall service, they were able to get my car back quickly washed and vacuumed out too!

We just took our Audi Q5 in for its 20,000 mi servicing. We had an incredibly wonderful experience. We were told it might take all day but when Dan Ruben (service manager) saw that we had come from 1 hr 30 minutes away he made sure our servicing was expedited in a timely fashion. Everyone was friendly and cordial to us. We had thought that next time we would drive to a closer dealership to us (in Bellingham) but our experience at Bellevue was such that we will definitely go back there for our next servicing.
Just bough our new Q5, and it was an awesome experience. Brian was friendly, made himself available, was very professional - very helpful and knowledgeable - love the post sale follow up and help.

Kevin Fountain makes it all comfortable
Simple tasks became extremely complex. Agreed on price to have my car sold back to Bellevue Audi. Took 3 hrs to complete and process a mountain of paperwork before a check was issued. Final hurdle was after all the paperwork was completed we had to get in the car and drive to another dealership to get it all resigned by a Notary who was about to go home for the evening. I have bought a house faster and easier! Kirk Jenson was a great guy to work with - very helpful & sympathetic.
These people don't mess around! I came into the Audi dealer to test drive and check out the 2019 Q7 during a brief 2-hour window I had in-between appointments. The staff showed me options, kept my interests in mind, and really took the time to talk me through the process. From the manager, the sales consultant, finance experts, and technicians, everyone was amazing and expedient working within my time constraint.
