RecommendedGreat service, people (Matthew?) parts guy was particularly helpful in getting me a new battery for my 2018 q7 key, didn’t even charge me (that’s new for a dealership)! Great people and nice waiting area! Nice that they have all the cars in the showroom too!
I bought a new vehicle, A4 that has several issues. I had an appointment scheduled through my sales person David to get the service and the perk window tinting. I had it booked for 9AM, 3 weeks after sale due to lack of loner vehicle. When the confirmation emailed it said be there at 7:30 AM which I am unable to to. Service said they can’t help me reschedule and NOBODY is returning my phone calls!!!

Looked @ Ford Escape- Sales team lies through their teath. Said car was fully inspected. NOT! It had accident damage.
