Great service. Timely and everyone was very kind.
Service is neither quality nor high-integrity. Had my service appointment mis-setup, then in correcting it, the team completed a service with an outside vendor for a charge I didn't agree to. When I raised my concerns both in person (sorry, we didn't know) and in writing (no response), even the most basic remedy wasn't attempted. AVOID.
Presale ok After deposit horrible don’t return calls. Have to repeatedly call to get delivery time Pickup car appointment I sit around for two hours doing nothing. Car acceptance five minutes. Guy doesn’t even know what buttons are far. Don’t get correct paperwork can’t register car. Still can’t one week later.
Three months with a used Audi and now the check engine light turned on. Been in shop for a week while they see if the expensive insurance repair plan will pay for it. Horrible communication, don’t go here! Car is in limbo and no humans to step forward. Stick with another brand! Avoid this ghastly waste of a company. Reported to BBB
The staff was very cooperative. We walked in without appointment but they still took care of us. The receptionist coordinated a sales person for us. We got a good deal and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and accommodated our requests in finding the features in the car that we were looking for.
