Even though when I arrived they didn't write down my appointment, I didn't have to wait long and they assigned me a sales rep who was very empathic, friendly and efficient. The purchase process was quick and the seller addressed all my questions. Kudos for the finance manager too :)
I guess I should have read Yelp before going to this dealer. I had to ask to be helped yet waited 20 minutes to get a response that it would be another 5 minutes before I was helped. No response in 5 minutes. Total waist of my time.
"Finance manager" hid fees when I explicitly asked about them. Only by doing the math myself she acknowledge additional charges. Very shady and unprofessional
