Verified Renter This community was top of my list when apartment searching and I do not regret the decision to move here - the unit variability, interstate accessibility, amenities, and staff are stellar. Maintenance crew makes it a point to introduce themselves and are consistent in their work. I am continually impressed with Atlantic House.

Avoid at All Cost! Avoid this apartment at all cost!!! The building has went downhill this year. Their policy is that this is a non-smoking building, but I can smell weed everyday when I get into the hall and the management is not doing anything about it. Has to move out early and throw away my rent (of course they are not going to let me terminate early). My neighbor has been play loud music to 2-3 AM every weekend night for months, and smoking weed on daily basis. I complaints to the management for months, and they said th... read more

Not secure, lot of Airbnb going on Lived here for about a month now.. let me start by saying, the staff at Atlantic House are hands down some of the best you could ask for. From leasing to groundskeeper, they are truly amazing! Now, since living here I’ve noticed multiple people that do not live here but are staying here through Airbnb. These people have no signed obligation to this property as they are “renting” it from the lease holder. These people are loud, obnoxious, dangerous and it just makes the building not secure
