Verified Renter Great place to live in a convenient location. Lots of unique amenities like tennis courts and a basketball hoop. The dual rooftop pools are great, and even when it's too cold to swim, it's awesome to go up there for a nice view of the city. Management is accessible and effective, but not overbearing (unlike other places where they always looked for ways to bother or charge their residents). Verified Renter Atlantic House is a really nice property. The building is well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly. I never feel unsafe in the surrounding area and security is a priority in the building. The location is the best in the city. There are tons of dining, entertainment and recreation options within blocks of the building. Five stars!

Verified Renter On move-in day I found a couple things that needed to be fixed around the apartment and within an hour there was a team of three employees here to fix everything! They were all so nice and helpful!
