Verified Renter Wonderful experience since move-in - the management team and maintenance crew are on top of things. We love the views, the quiet and well insulated apartment, the tennis court is a huge plus, and the location is midtown is unbeatable!

Kevin and Team are So Thorough! I’ve been here for a year now and there is a distinct difference in this building and others in Midtown. First, they vet everyone applying through a third party screening company, in addition to Kevin and his team are all very committed to a quality respectful environment. The common areas are clean and service requests are swiftly honored. Best choice in Midtown ATL for quality.

Verified Renter My boyfriend and I moved in a couple days ago and we’ve had an amazing experience. Building is quiet and clean. Only downside is that our neighbor consistently smokes, but management is handling the issue.

Verified Renter Nothing special, just wanna more events from leasing office will be grateful such as pool party, taco party etc.. Also, it would be better to fully fix elevator, I've had stuck in the elevator 2~3 times.
