Verified Renter I haven't been living at The Atlantic House for long, but so far it's a great place to live. I like how the hallways are always smell good and clean. I 've read a lot of negative reviews on other properties in Atlanta regarding management and corporate. I'm happy to say the Corporate management for The Atlantic House is great. I'm looking forward tp make this my home for a long time.

Verified Renter Had some hiccups during the application process. I didn't get the Approve Shield link in time to move in by my requested date. One of the reasons I decided on this residence was due to the $1500 move-in special, but I was told that it was no longer valid, despite having an email that stated I would qualify. However, people were nice and once approved, the lease signing process was easy.

Verified Renter Five stars for the apartment itself but lose a star for the leasing process. Over the phone it is nearly impossible to get a hold of the leasing staff, either no one will pick up or they will tell you to call back later and then you call at the specified time and everyone is busy. However, once you do get a hold of the leasing staff, they are super helpful and work with you to get the best deals available on the lease.
