Verified Renter The lighting in my unit wasn't great upon move in & the blinds in the master bedroom (leading to the balcony) are cheap and not great. Would like to see something better, more modern, and light blocking.

Verified Renter I love my new home. Been here for 6 months and I literally cant complain about anything besides traffic lol. But recommend this location to anyone if you don't mind staying in the heart of midtown.

Verified Renter Lived here for 3 years across 2 different apartments and absolutely love it. The tennis court on the 9th floor is amazing. The rooftop pools and gym are fantastic to use.

Verified Renter Atlantic House is a very nice place to live. The apartment layouts are good and the floor to ceiling windows are amazing. The unit we're in is a bit older and could use some refreshing, but for the price we're paying I think it's a great deal. The amenities are good (not great), but I believe they're in the process of giving them all a refresh, so hopefully that helps. I do wish they had a fenced in dog area.
