Verified Renter Love the property, only complaint is the maintenance requests, mine are minor so it isn't too much of a nuisance, takes forever and leasing office isn't really clear on the best way to reach out to them besides seeing them in person.

With cement construction, the apartments are incredibly quiet. I love that there are two rooftop pools on different sides of the building - this provides amazing views of Atlanta!
