Verified Renter Nothing special, just wanna more events from leasing office will be grateful such as pool party, taco party etc.. Also, it would be better to fully fix elevator, I've had stuck in the elevator 2~3 times.

A bit pricey but 24/7 concierge and good location.... A bit pricey but 24/7 concierge and good location. Not oo noisy and housekeeping keeps place clean. Downside is guest have to pay for parking and cars frequently get broken into.

Maintenance crew makes it a point to introduce themselves and are consistent in their work. I am continually impressed with Atlantic House.
