Terrible customer service Very poor customer service!!!! They don't care about their future or current residents. Leasing agents are lousy and extremely not pressional and keep making random mistakes thoughout the application process. When they "promise" they will send you a document, guess what, nothing after a week and five calls a day. Extremely frustrating experience when sign the lease. My lease document isn't ready THE DAY BEFORE my move date. Ridiculous, will not stay after one year lease.
