Verified Renter We really enjoy living at Atlantic House. The building is nice, well appointed, and well kept. The staff is friendly, responsive and seems to genuinely care.
Verified Renter I have only lived at Atlantic House for just over a month but can not speak highly enough of this property and/or the staff. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly at this property. The gym, pool and clubhouse are all on the roof so the views can't get much better especially since you are right in the middle of midtown. I would highly recommend this property!

This was a... (Verified Renter) This was a very nice, beautiful apartment community and I enjoyed living there but too many times the entrance to 13th Street was closed making the entrance/exit on W Peachtree only. With all of construction across the street it was very much a hassle!
