As with other folks here, I would give a negative zero for customer service experience if that were possible. We purchased a headboard from the Las Vegas store on W. Sahara Avenue on Feb. 17, delivered Feb. 19th. Screws were missing. Talked with customer service on the spot and were told the screws will be sent by mail. After 2 weeks still no screws, so I called and was told the screws are on back ordered possibly until end of March. I should get a call back with the tracking number. We understand with covid there has been a lot of wait times for furniture. That’s why we went with these bar stools that we were told were in stock and could be delivered the next week. Come to find out not all the bar stools were in stock and they wouldn’t ship us the ones they had. While we wait for the last one. I’ve called a million times. My best advice is to never deal with this company. Started by going into the store in Tempe and finding a sofa and dining set, while in the store I looked at the website online and the price for the same items was about two thousand dollars less. So buying in the store is a major rip off. Now you know why they hover over you like stalkers. I ordered online and the nightmare of lies and misrepresentation began. Purchased two dressers and end tables. Picked them up, brought them home and found one of the drawers broken. It took days to get through to customer service via website 'chat' because phone calls were never answered. We were given a claim # and told our part would ship in a week and we would get a tracking number. Did not get one, could not get through to customer service so called the store directly. Sales staff in Olympia, WA were nice. Other than that, it’s been a horrible experience. Furniture was purchased back in November, I’ve been given five different delivery dates. I only got new delivery dates because it’s come to the day of delivery and I never heard FROM ANYONE. No call, nothing. I’ve reached out every time to see what’s going on since I didn’t get any, “we’re on our way” calls. Every new customer service person I’ve spoken with has given me a new “guaranteed/firm” date. If I had an option to leave zero stars, I would. Terrible experience. I ordered three pieces (2 nightstands and a dresser). All were to be delivered together. Upon delivery I was informed that my dresser was never loaded on the truck at the warehouse. Additionally 1 of the 2 nightstand was either damaged or not assembled properly, the drawer would not properly open/close. I ordered a sectional couch on January 7th and set up a February 12th delivery date. 2 days before, on February 10th, they called to confirm delivery. After waiting around during my 10 am - 1 pm window on the 12th, I called and was told our delivery date was now the 17th. The woman on the phone was nice, but could not offer any details as to why this happened and if it would happen again. BEWARE!!! READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY. Fresno Blackstone Store: My reviews and pics have over 5,000,000 hits on Google and the vast majority of my reviews are positive. (Over 97%) During our visit we found a sectional, dining table and buffet piece. Wish I could give it ZERO stars. This place is the scum of the earth. (1) We bought about $3500 worth of furniture in the store, then went home and looked it up online at the official Ashley Furniture website and it was $2500. I was appalled that the sales people would mark it up so much over their OWN website! I did call and after talking to 3 people for 2 hours managed to get them to match (more-less) their online prices so they refunded some money.
