Beware of asley furniture i was totally lied to by sales man who told me my couch payments would be 114 a month for 12months 3 weeks after furniture delivery i recieve my bill for 114 a week plus tax and fees it is 470 per month for a couch and love seat that is a car payment i would have never agreed to such a high payment on top of that they refused to take furniture back because i had it for only 3weeks and refused to do anything to help me with the situation i was swindled! and stuck paying almost 500 a month for a couch... read more

Horrible service. I purchased a TV Stand Fire Place from Ashley Home Furniture Store Tacoma paid cash for the TV Stand/Fire Place. I received a TEXT that scheduled an appointment for delivery. When the furniture arrived at my home. When the guys were putting it together the fireplace insert was too small .So because of their policies, I had the TV stand and the insert returned. This company is absolutely awful. The only simple task with them was when I picked the couch I wanted out in the store. The rest was horrendous. Im three months out from selecting that couch and gave up and got a refund. No one answers the phone, horrible customer service, rude employees, no one can seem to communicate to the warehouse. Horrific experience and honestly have no idea how they are still in business.

Horrible service and poor quality furniture. Purchase a 3 piece living room set on aug 2021 and delivered may 2021. It's only been less than 5 months and two of the pieces are already bad. Wood support under cushion broke on two and the back support beam on the sofa popped out. Now we dont have any young kids or mistreat them because we wanted to make them last as much as possible. Customer service is nonexistent. They do not communicate with customers. They don’t deliver On time or at all. I have lost hours of my life on hold on the phone trying to get an answer from Ashley or on their chat (took 8 HOURS for them to answer a live chat..8 HOURS) If delivery is delayed they don’t bother to let the customer know..I doubt whether this company can survive with their failure to deliver on time and their failure to communicate with their customers.<br /> <br /> <br />

Just relocated to ******* and bought furnitures [some for faster delivery and others for later). Promised delivery date of 8/4- did not come because 1 item was missing from warehouse. Promised the following day. We received a call on 2nd Promised date 8/6/21 that we need to be home as delivery will come at an earlier time than expected. We rushed home and 3 hrs had passed , none came. Called CUSTOMER service and said that warehouse said No Go again and that the delivery truck "only has certain # of hrs to work. Terrible experience. Ordered full living room and dining room furniture (over $3K) on May 7th - they said they were backed up and delivery would be mid to late June. Not ideal, but I understood. Every time I have called for an update they push the delivery date back. Now they say they can "maybe" deliver by the end of July. My family has been without any furniture for a month already. I tried to call the store to request a cancelation so I can get a refund and buy furniture somewhere else, and nobody ever answers the phone. ... read more

I bought a coffee table online. It starts to have bubbles in 2 weeks of normal use. Contacted the company and learned that I couldnt return it because the way it was delivered.Stay away from the company at all cost or read the return policy carefully beforehand.
