Terrible experience. Ordered full living room and dining room furniture (over $3K) on May 7th - they said they were backed up and delivery would be mid to late June. Not ideal, but I understood. Every time I have called for an update they push the delivery date back. Now they say they can "maybe" deliver by the end of July. My family has been without any furniture for a month already. I bought a coffee table online. It starts to have bubbles in 2 weeks of normal use. Contacted the company and learned that I couldnt return it because the way it was delivered.Stay away from the company at all cost or read the return policy carefully beforehand.

I purchased a bed online with the option of "no hassle delivery and assembly". I picked up June 9th as the delivery date. Firstly, they send parts of the bed through *** which delivered ahead of schedule and i had to make arrangements to get them in during my absence. The Ashley crew came with the headboard. This company will lie directly to your face when in the store to make a sale. And once they have your money there customer service is a game of running you around so you cannot get any results to your issue. We bought a mattress, box springs bed and two side tables on May 7th. Agreement was to remove old box springs and mattress. Delivery guys literally hid our mattress in a spare bedroom (opened closed door, slid it in and closed door again and left). Bed frame was broken, discovered 3 days after it was set up. They still, after 10 days of trying to get a response, haven't called us back, haven't removed mattress. No way this is an A+ store. They have no idea what customer service is.

How the heck does Ashley Furniture have an A+ rating with the bbb, when they have so many negative reviews and complaints? Like so many others, I’m having the same experience with them. I bought a dining room set on 2-7-21, waited 2 months for it to come in, started to assemble it only to find out one of the chairs is defective to the point it can’t be put together at all. I would like to share a review regarding my recent visit to the Burbank location. My son his wife and my two granddaughters went to purchase to bed, bed frames, and a living room couch totaling around 12k. We started around 3pm on May 11th. I ordered almost six thousand dollars worth of furniture from Ashley including an accent chair. Upon delivery my couch had scratches in the leather, the stitching had come undone, a drawer didn't close all the way and I had glue all over the front of my dresser, that would not come off. In the midst of owning the furniture my puppy had gotten my accent chair dirty with dirt.
