Ashley Furniture didn't produce our purchase in time needed. They lied several times about what was going on with the delivery time of our purchase. They kept saying our concern would be escalated by email and someone would call within 24 to 48 hours but it never happened. They offered no compensation for our inconvenience other than to come into the store to find something else which we feared we would never get either. Ordered a bedroom set back in August. Was told that it would arrive in a month or so. Every month we have been calling and checking back on the order. Was told about a week ago that it would arrive on December 14th, called back today and now January 31th of 2021. Does it really take over 6 months to get a bedroom set made and delivered? I know with covid things have slowed down, but 6 MONTHS! First time dealing with Ashley and probably our last. Very disappointed!

POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! My wife and I ordered 2 sectional for our home in Kuna, ID on October 3rd, 2020. We were told by our sales associate, in store, that delivery would take 4-6 weeks, six weeks being the latest!!! We were also told we would receive a call about a week after purchase to further plan for delivery. We not only never received a phone call, but when we called to check on delivery dates, we were told a date the extended out to 12 weeks, instead of the original 6 week LATEST! I purchased $10,000 of furniture at the Ashley store in Prescott, AZ.. I am having the worst experience with that store from sales all the way up to the store manager. Then when I call corporate offices to be put in touch with the district manager for Arizona, I am either transferred back to the Prescott store or my call is forwarded to some other line that always disconnects with me. I have not been this disappointed with Customer Service in quite a while. We purchased a bed, mattress, and boxspring on 12/12/2020, to be delivered on 12/14. As part of the Delivery charge, the removal of the old mattress/boxspring was included. The bed was delivered no problem, but as the technicians left, I went down to my garage and found that they left the mattress and boxspring behind. Do not trust Ashley. We had to go out of town because of an emergency. 12/15/2020 while driving home we received a call from Ashley at 8:05 am telling us that they at our door to make a delivery of a chair we ordered couple weeks back. We informed them that per the text I received from Ashley our scheduled delivery was to be between the hours of 9:15 am to 1:15 pm. The worst experience ever. I purchased 3 pieces; 2 couches and a loveseat. I was scheduled for a delivery date of 12/6, which I confirmed a few days prior. On the date, I was told that my items were backordered. I was then rescheduled for delivery on the 12/11. The delivery did arrive, but only with one of three items. The delivery company told me this happens with most Ashley deliveries. After hours and hours on hold, I was told that the other items were backordered until 2021. Had the absolute worst customer service experience with Ashley Furniture. My Dining room server arrived damaged. The delivery service positioned the damaged part of the box out of view so my wife couldn’t see it before she signed the bill of lading. Two days dealing with customer service only to be told that it was “my problem” because we accepted the furniture. I wish I could give negative stars. They have horrible communication within the departments and make you do the legwork for them. You want to buy something? They are more than willing to help you out. Want to have a problem fixed? Too bad. I got an order delivered and all seemed fine except loose fabric ends because they couldn't bother to seal the edge for some unknown reason, but since I had one item on back order I decided to cancel it.
