Horrible return policy - We purchased a sofa and loveseat from Ashley Furniture HomeStore at 6910 W Bell Road in Glendale Arizona. The total bill including extended warranty and delivery was nearly $1900.00. After the delivery was made, we found that sitting for more than 15 minutes, became very uncomfortable and we didn't feel we would be happy in the long term with our purchase. I will never buy a piece of furniture at Ashley’s the manager didn’t help me at all. I just want to change my furniture because smell stain and my clothes smell. And I have my furniture since June 2020. Is7 months and no help at all. Now I have to pay for furniture I will not used. Because if I don’t pay I will go to collection. Is not fair a big corporation don’t help me.

Avoid this place.....It is a complete bait and switch..... The sales people are nice, however they have no control of delivery, or schedule, and have little or no interest to help you after the sale....I have been fighting with them since September..... And is still not involved. Ashley, has made it impossible to talk to the corporate office, to file complaints....In my opinion their business model has tons of flaws......I suggest that you go somewhere else to spend your money..

I am not sure how these folks stay in business and I am not sure how they actually can get anything sold. I recommend you shop anywhere but here. I came into purchase two pub chairs last Friday. They had a sale for 2 chairs that met my needs. The chairs were a bit pricey $350 for 2 but they met an immediate need and I also try to shop local versus online if I can. They were both floor models one mounted on the wall and one on the floor. I was told that they are floor models so no returns if damaged. I was ok with that as the... read more

This is the worse customer service I’ve ever received and I am 64. It began with the wrong couch being put in our truck at the warehouse. When I called and they verified they gave my husband the wrong one, it took a lot of time for them to agree to pick up the wrong couch and bring the right one. The warehouse is a 30 mile drive. When the couch was delivered it all looked fine. Well, it ended up that after 2 weeks of use, a seam came apart so I caled customer service for a technician to look at it. Ashley Home Store is engaging in fraudulent behavior regarding orders, deliveries, and issuing refunds. I placed an order for a sleeper sofa in November 2020 with a desired delivery before the holidays. With covid-precautions in place I was told that delivery would not be possible, but that I would be guaranteed delivery by 1/15/2021 (and most likely sooner). I tried to call the store for days and only got through to a store in another state. I then scheduled appt. in early September 2020, bought and paid for a sleep sofa to be delivered before Xmas. Which was when it was needed. It got pushed to January 15, 2021 and recently I was called and told it would be delayed for another 8-10 weeks. I just checked again and now they’re saying March. Ashley Furniture didn't produce our purchase in time needed. They lied several times about what was going on with the delivery time of our purchase. They kept saying our concern would be escalated by email and someone would call within 24 to 48 hours but it never happened. They offered no compensation for our inconvenience other than to come into the store to find something else which we feared we would never get either. Ordered a bedroom set back in August. Was told that it would arrive in a month or so. Every month we have been calling and checking back on the order. Was told about a week ago that it would arrive on December 14th, called back today and now January 31th of 2021. Does it really take over 6 months to get a bedroom set made and delivered? I know with covid things have slowed down, but 6 MONTHS! First time dealing with Ashley and probably our last. Very disappointed!
