Only July 26, 2020, I bought 3 bedroom sets, 2 mattresses, a living room sectional couch, a dining room table with bench/chairs, and counter height bar stools for our brand new house that we bought. It is now October 24, 2020, and I am still missing the bench that goes with the dining table. I was actually able to get a real-life person on the phone to talk to today and I was told that the bench order was voided and that I would have to call the local Ashley Store that I purchased it at to find out why it was voided. I ordered a Porter nightstand fro the online Ashley Store, on October 11. On October 13, I purchases a couch and love seat, in person, at the Concord, Ca. Ashley Homestore. I regretted the in person purchase and cancelled it by phone the next day. The extra long wait on the phone, resulted in me being transferred to a call center where I spoke to Anthony. Order made on 7/3/2020 with Sales Associate Jennifer *. We purchases a 24pc Dining set including: Table, Table extension, 6 Chairs, Rug (upgraded to larger size) 4x 16p dinnerware sets. We also purchased matching server and end table and 2 more upholstered chairs. With Shipping and Protection plan our total order was almost $5,000. We were told items were on backorder and we could expect delivery no later than August 6, 2020. (One month after purchased) August 6th came around and no delivery. I phoned Corp and requested to speak the CEO, and was met by a female operator who was not friendly nor supportive to direct me to the appropriate Exec Personnel. I’m fact, she left me on hold for over 20 mins, as if it was a tactic to deter me. My issue is, I have received repeated delays in my delivery that was purchased on 9/1. I was told 4 different dates. On today, 10/8, I received a called from the Corp Dist Ctr in Memphis saying only 2 of my 7 pieces would be delivered on 10/9, and the other items were scheduled for 1... read more

Worst customer service ever. I understand the whole COVID 19 issue, but that has nothing to do with how you treat a consumer. I ordered a bed frame in August with a September 12 delivery date. When they arrived on the 12th the bed frame was missing the foot board. You cannot put a bed frame together without the foot board. So when I contacted the store I was told that someone should have called to let me know it was going to be a partial order and was also told that the foot board would be delivered on the 24th of Sept. If I could give it zero starts I would. Absolute disrespect with customers, a planned delivery that was already taking extremely long (2 months) was rescheduled just the day before for another 2 weeks later, with no confirmation that even that would work. They also make you think you are getting a good deal by give you gift cards for the store when you buy furniture but you can never use those card on anything. They literally sell items 3x more expensive than their own website in the stores and they won’t do price match if y... read more

I have called Ashley Furniture yesterday and was hung up on. I called today waiting patiently in queue and then was HUNG UP on. I had sent a message through the online messaging system on their website, and was ignored. I contacted them via Facebook Messanger, was told "One moment please" and again, ignored. Ashley Furniture "shipped" the table I ordered on 9/18. The tracking number says it was supposedly dropped off at a fedex location in Bloomington, CA but it has not been scanned again last Friday...it was supposed to be ... read more

Today I was given some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced by the Ashley Furniture Home Store! On August my wife and I purchased a new bedroom set from the store in Reno NV. We confirmed the set we wanted was not backordered with the sales representative and schedule the delivery for Saturday, September 19. The sale rep told us the delivery warehouse would call us prior to delivery to give us a time frame. Never buy from here! I bought a dining set in August for a delivery September 11. Then they switched it to September 12th then to the 17th then 26th and now they are telling me October 9th! I went to the store and the store manager told me the table is in the warehouse and will indeed deliver on the 17th as said, however I got a call today that it’s delayed until October 9th with no explanation as to why!They are ridiculous and I spent all morning trying to get a hold of someone. I will definitely cancel my order tomorrow!
