Please be aware of their lack of care for customers and the merchandise they sell! Purchased a large sectional with additional recliner and cocktail table for roughly $6500 on 9/7/2020. Delivery was supposed to happen by 10/17/20, didn’t happen and rescheduled for 11/3/20 received a call to tell us not all pieces were available , moved to 11/13/20 still only parts of the couch delivery moved to 11/29/20 and just the recliner showed up and not in box and had a puncture hole in it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. After waiting longer than they told us for the order they some how cancelled one of the pieces (night stand) we paid for. After telling them we were told they would contact us in regard to it being delivered. Never received a call then suddenly it showed up via UPS. The box was damaged and once I opened the box the night stand was damaged. Last year I bought a reclining sofa, loveseat and chair from Ashley as well as an extended warranty. Less than a year later the mechanism carriage on my sofa is bent, causing the couch to become off balance when reclined and very uncomfortable to sit in. The couch is used by my 175 lb husband and 80 lb nine year old not a football team, so I was a little alarmed at the fact that it had bent in under a year. Absolutely the worse furniture store in the entire bay area. I purchased a twin bed from Ashley scheduled to be delivered the 18th of November. Never received any calls so i proactively call in to ensure im home in the window they allocate for delivery. They tell me i have to call customer service after a few days of LONG HOLD TIMES the first lady was extremely RUDE and hung up on me. i waited a little and call back got a different girl who tells me my line was disconnected and they reschedule me for end of month. Please do not waste your time. If you think you are getting a "deal" you are most definitely not. The amount of time I have wasted to resolve an issue equated to a part-time job. First, the product arrived damaged. I called the number provided to report the issue and determine my options. After being transfered to four different groups, I finally was able to report the issue. Ordered product that didn't show up on scheduled date, received no communications from them. When I reached out to customer service after 4 hours of back and forth between departments I get a manager who says he's figured out the problem, will resolve it, and have someone give me a call back. I never receive a call back. Next business day again I reach out to their customer service and ask straight for a manager, she is very rude, but tells me she'll call me back in next 48 hours with some kind of update on my purchase. Horrible service. I was promised my items 2 months ago and now they were delayed yet again. I will never shop here again. The sales people aren't very truthful.

Only July 26, 2020, I bought 3 bedroom sets, 2 mattresses, a living room sectional couch, a dining room table with bench/chairs, and counter height bar stools for our brand new house that we bought. It is now October 24, 2020, and I am still missing the bench that goes with the dining table. I ordered a Porter nightstand fro the online Ashley Store, on October 11. On October 13, I purchases a couch and love seat, in person, at the Concord, Ca. Ashley Homestore. I regretted the in person purchase and cancelled it by phone the next day. The extra long wait on the phone, resulted in me being transferred to a call center where I spoke to Anthony.
