Order made on 7/3/2020 with Sales Associate Jennifer *. We purchases a 24pc Dining set including: Table, Table extension, 6 Chairs, Rug (upgraded to larger size) 4x 16p dinnerware sets. We also purchased matching server and end table and 2 more upholstered chairs. With Shipping and Protection plan our total order was almost $5,000. I phoned Corp and requested to speak the CEO, and was met by a female operator who was not friendly nor supportive to direct me to the appropriate Exec Personnel. I’m fact, she left me on hold for over 20 mins, as if it was a tactic to deter me. My issue is, I have received repeated delays in my delivery that was purchased on 9/1. I was told 4 different dates. Worst customer service ever. I understand the whole COVID 19 issue, but that has nothing to do with how you treat a consumer. I ordered a bed frame in August with a September 12 delivery date. When they arrived on the 12th the bed frame was missing the foot board. You cannot put a bed frame together without the foot board. If I could give it zero starts I would. Absolute disrespect with customers, a planned delivery that was already taking extremely long (2 months) was rescheduled just the day before for another 2 weeks later, with no confirmation that even that would work. They also make you think you are getting a good deal by give you gift cards for the store when you buy furniture but you can never use those card on anything. I have called Ashley Furniture yesterday and was hung up on. I called today waiting patiently in queue and then was HUNG UP on. I had sent a message through the online messaging system on their website, and was ignored. I contacted them via Facebook Messanger, was told "One moment please" and again, ignored. Today I was given some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced by the Ashley Furniture Home Store! On August my wife and I purchased a new bedroom set from the store in Reno NV. We confirmed the set we wanted was not backordered with the sales representative and schedule the delivery for Saturday, September 19. The sale rep told us the delivery warehouse would call us prior to delivery to give us a time frame. Never buy from here! I bought a dining set in August for a delivery September 11. Then they switched it to September 12th then to the 17th then 26th and now they are telling me October 9th! I went to the store and the store manager told me the table is in the warehouse and will indeed deliver on the 17th as said, however I got a call today that it’s delayed until October 9th with no explanation as to why!They are ridiculous and I spent all morning trying to get a hold of someone. I will definitely cancel my order tomorrow!

I have never been treated so badly by a business than Ashley Furniture. The salesman was nice and the customer service representative Brittany try to go above and beyond to help. That is where it stops. The manager refused to even speak with me about what happened. My table was delivered damaged and they try to force the warranty to cover it which they would not. I have been having an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience with Ashley Furniture. I took delivery of an item on 8/23/20....because the item wasn't available to view in-person in their local showroom, we took a chance and ordered the piece online. When it arrived, it obviously wasn't the color we anticipated from the online photos. Their return policy states items can be returned "if you are unhappy for any reason" if you contact them within 72 hours of delivery.
