Bought a couch in November with delivery end of January. They delivered the wrong couch and Ive been fighting with them for almost a month to get it corrected. Had a regional manager guarantee a fifth delivery for today and then was told the couch wouldnt fit on the truck. Each time they schedule a delivery it either wont fit on the truck or my order gets lost or it just says its sitting on the truck but they cant seem to get it delivered. ordered and paid for furniture in Dec 2021, had a delivery date of mid to late January. AS of 16 February I have been told that my furniture is scheduled to be delivered March 15. Meanwhile every couple weeks Ashley's calls to notify us that the furniture is NOT arrived yet.

I purchased a full living room set from Ashley’s in Florida with a warranty on them. Unexpectedly we moved to Nevada. I called the store to have someone come out and take a look on the sofa, because the seating cushion has significantly dropped down and can’t get up from there without struggle. I purchased an area rug via online on 11/23/21. Delivery was to be the day after Thanksgiving, 11/26/21. The rug was not delivered on time. I wish I could give them a zero and I do not want to hear about it being an independently own. They are holding my MONEY hostage. They could not keep their promise. We purchased a couch at the beginning of December, we knew when we purchased the couch that they were out until the beginning of February and were okay with that. We were called on December 30th to set up a delivery date of Jan 3rd but were told that because one of the items was not in so we could wait until Jan 20th to have it all delivered. I would NEVER EVER recommend going to ANY ASHLEY FURNITURE STORES!!! Only only put 1 star because it asked for a star rating, but I wouldnt give them No Rating! My husband and I bought an entire home of furniture about 2 years ago. We were told it would be worth buying the extended warranty. My husband was suffering from a breakdown with severe anxiety and depression. Soon after he was disabled with Lewey Body Dementia. they are not worth it bought a table from them and 3 months later from a plate the table was discoloring due to heat. I had the insurance well long story short ashley said i could get something different well i asked for my money back so i could go somewhere else. well 6 months later and 10 storys later im still dealing with this **** I will never buy anything from them again, they do not want to help and always say oh call this person call here call there and nothing so will probably see them in court.
